Payment for our website projects is made over three stages: Stage One: Prior to commencing work we must receive a 50% deposit/advance for your website project. Stage Two: Upon delivery of your home page website design OR first demo draft of home page layout upload on a temporary domain name. We will charge a further 25% payment via your nominated payment method. Stage Three: After received second payment. We will have start to create full website using content, images and navigation that you supplied to us. If we have not received content for your website at the time of design approval, we will load dummy content onto your website. Remaining 25% payment of the project quotation total due upon completion of the work, prior to upload to the server or release of materials. Please make sure website creating time period count after payment made of each stage. Example if you pay advance we will start project and show you first home page draft. After second payment we will star work on complete website.
You are entitled to get 100% refund of the upfront payment you made (if any) in the event of: We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon. You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment. By Mistake I paid extra amount
We do not guarantee any specific position in search engine results for your website. We perform basic search engine optimization according to current best practice.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups with respect to your website and we will not be liable for restoring any client data or client websites except to the extent that such data loss arises out of a negligent act or omission by us.
You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws relating to e-commerce, and to the full extent permitted by law will hold harmless, protect, and defend and indemnify DN ® and its subcontractors from any claim, penalty, tax, tariff loss or damage arising from your or your clients’ use of Internet electronic commerce.
Unreasonable delays from client side in providing the required feedback/information/data to finish the project shall exempt DN from meeting the timelines mentioned in the quote. In case client does not provide required details/data/information for more than 15 working days, client authorizes DN to forfeit/fine/penalty the payments made towards this project.
In case, during the project duration, the client does not maintain communication with DN for more than 30 calendar days, client agrees that the project/services shall be deemed as received and accepted by the client, and the client further authorizes DN to mark the project completed and invoice the client for remaining un-invoiced amount as per the total project price agreed.
Project Terminated if Unreasonable delays from client side in providing the required feedback/information/data to finish the project shall exempt DN from meeting the timelines mentioned in the quote. Project Terminated In case, during the project duration, the client does not maintain communication with DN for more than 90 calendar days. Project Terminated if client not happy with 3 Design Iteration.
It’s overall responsibility of client to provide the developing team with appropriate content without the issue of copyrights. All the content should be handed over on the stipulated time frame so that no delays could occur. Our company would not be taking any responsibility on issues with respect to spelling or grammar.
